Ingredients

25  CKH Tau Pok/Bean Pok (Cube)
375gMeat Paste
625gMinced Meat
375g Chives
someChopped Spring Onion/Cabbage

Seasoning A

1 tbsp  Fish sauce/Soy Sauce
1 tbsp  Chicken Seasoning Powder
1 tspPepper
1 tsp Sugar
½ tspSalt

Directions

  1. Mix meat paste, minced meat, chives and seasoning A  evenly in a bowl.
  2. Dip tofu puffs in boiling water for 30 seconds to remove excess oil and water. Gently cut tofu puffs into halves from the edge and stuff them with the mixture described in Step 1.
  3. Add seasoning B and stuffed tofu puffs into a boiling pot. Cook for about 20 minutes. 
  4. Add in cabbage or sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
