Ingredients: (serves 4)
6-8 young ladies finger, washed and cut away both tips
6-8 garlic cloves – minced (more garlic is recommended for this dish)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1. Place ladies finger on a steamer or steaming rack in a wok and steam for 3-4 minutes. Remove from steamer and arrange ladies finger on a plate. Set aside.
2. Pour oil into a wok and add garlic and fry till golden brown.
3. Pour garlic together with oil onto the ready steamed ladies finger.
4. Add soya sauce to taste.
5. It is now ready to be served!
