Ingredients: ( serves 4 )
2 large corn
300 grams pork ribs
6 dried scallops
3 red dates
Salt

Directions:
1. In a pot, blanch pork ribs for approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove the water.
2. Slice the corn into smaller sizes.
3. In another pot, add 5 large bowls of water and all the ingredients.
4. Boil under medium heat for approximately 1 hour.
5. Keep in a thermal pot till it is ready to be served.
