Ingredients: (Serves 4)
2 chicken drumstick
2 large carrots
1 large red onion
3 tablespoons ikan bilis
1. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the chicken drumstick for approximately 5 minutes to remove excess oil. Set aside
2. Meanwhile, dice tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, corn and onion.
3. In a large pot, add chicken drumstick and all ingredients. Add approximately 5-6 large bowls of water. Boil under low heat for approximately 1 hour.
4. Keep the soup in a thermal pot till it is ready to serve!
