Ingredients: (serves 2)
1/4 unripe papaya
1/2 mango
5 lime
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2.5 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried shrimps, pounded
1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
A handful of cilantro
1/2 red chili, seeds removed.
Directions:
1) Squeeze lime in a bowl.
2) Add brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic and dried shrimps.
3) Stir till homogeneous. Set the dressing aside.
4) Using a peeler, slice papaya into thin strips.
5) Dice mango into cubes.
6) Pour dressing over papaya and mango.
7) Mix well.
8) Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
9) It is now ready to be served!
