Ingredients: (serves 4)
800g mussels
1 glass white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons minced garlic
A handful of fresh thyme
30gram butter
1/4 lemon

1. Clean and soak mussels in a large bowl of water.
2. Melt butter in a skillet.
3. Add minced garlic and stir fry till golden brown.
4. Add mussels and continue to stir for approximately 1 minute.
5. Add white wine and chicken broth.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid for approximately 5 minutes.
7. Add ΒΌ lemon juice.
8. It is now ready to be served!
