15 lotus biscuits
3 tablespoon of milk
20 gram of salted butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of condensed milk ( optional )
1. In a blender, add lotus biscuits and milk.
2. Add 20 grams of salted butter and blend well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and condensed milk.
4. This sauce can be used as a topping for cakes and ice-cream.
5. Keep it in an air-tight container in refrigerator.
