Description
La Mian originated in China. It is a hand-pulled noodle – “La” means pull and “Mian” means noodle. Different parts of China serve la mian differently. Noodles may be serve hot with meat such as beef, or served cold with shredded cucumbers. Different dishes require different texture of noodles, done through different styles of twisting, pulling, lugging and looping.
